  Prices do not include costs of obtaining passports, visas, inoculations, excess baggage charges, all items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone calls and cables, internet access, meals not specified in the itinerary, personal and baggage insurance, local airport taxes and tips to waiters, hotel staff, tour conductors, sightseeing drivers and guides. Gratuities: Tips to tour guides, waiters, hotel staff and baggage handling are not included and are at the tour participant’s discretion. Guidelines for gratuities will be provided with final tour documents.

  PLEASE NOTE:
  Every effort will be made to confirm your requested sightseeing tour as outlined in the itinerary; however, individual wineries, museums, estates, etc. can change their hours of operation at short notice. In the event that a particular tour closes on the day or time of your visit, your guide will offer alternative arrangements.

  RATE PER PERSON start at: $2,537.00 USD per person Double Occupancy
  
  
  RATE OF EXCHANGE AT TIME OF QUOTE: 1.00 USD = 3.72 ARS Quote is in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on international tariffs of the country for which the itinerary is being planned. These tariffs are contracted in advance and are subject to currency fluctuations, changes in local taxes both here and overseas and increases by suppliers. Wine Tours of the World LLC, reserves the right to amend prices should we incur currency fluctuation, increased taxes or any other relevant factors that may result in additional charges until paid in full. There will be no reimbursement or refund for price differences due to local specials and local or domestic discounts. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.
  PAYMENTS:
  Deposit: 30% deposit is required at time of booking.
  Final: Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 45 days of departure are due in full 24 hours after reservations have been confirmed.
  
  Please note, alternative deposit/payment schedules may apply for international destinations, group bookings or certain packages/properties.
  PLEASE NOTE: This is only a quote. The rate is subject to change until deposit is received. Client must also sign and adhere to Terms & Conditions within 48 hours after confirmation of said booking. Wine Tours of the World reserves the right to substitute vineyards, hotels, events and activities due to unforeseen acts of God, availability, or other conditions that are out of our control.
  The rate is based on 2 passengers. If the number falls below that number, the rate per person may increase.
