  DAY ELEVEN/EXTENSION DAY THREE - - NELSON
  
  Breakfast is first on the agenda today, and then your guide will take the time to help you make the most of your day. Spend the day hiking, kayaking, soaking in the sun or swimming in the Abel Tasman National Park. Enjoy another full day wine tasting and art collecting, or enjoy regional food tours. Today, your wildest dreams and desires become reality. This evening, you will be transferred to the Seifreid Estate for a farewell dinner and wine tasting. (Please note the winery is subject to change due to seasonality and availability).
  
  DAY TWELVE/EXTENSION DAY FOUR - - JOURNEY HOME
  
  After breakfast, your driver will escort you to the airport for your flight bound to Auckland and then home. Or, we have another extension trip if you so desire that will begin upon arrival into the Auckland airport.
  
  DAY THIRTEEN/EXTENSION DAY FIVE - - AUCKLAND AT ITS BEST
  
  Upon arrival into the airport, you will meet your guide for a transfer back into your Auckland hotel. You can unpack and enjoy breakfast. This afternoon, your guide will meet you in the lobby for a boat trip to Waiheke Island. Your walking tour of the island will include an olive oil tour and tasting, a visit to a local art gallery, and a walk on a white sandy beach, where you will have the opportunity to admire and collect unique sea shells. Then it’s off to a winery for a gourmet lunch and private tasting. When you are ready, your guide will transfer you back to your hotel where the rest of the day is yours to enjoy however you wish. Your guide is available to assist with dinner reservations.
  
  DAY FOURTEEN/EXTENSION DAY SIX - - AUCKLAND FOOD AND WINE
  
  Today after breakfast you will spend time with your guide who will custom design the day for you. Your selection of activities and sightseeing can include another full day in the wine country, or a full day of tasting local specialty foods that will include a visit to a farmers market, where you can taste jams, mustards, relishes, artisan cheese, fresh seafood and of course New Zealand produce. You may wish to spend the day at a black sand beach or explore the forests of New Zealand. Whether it’s bungee jumping, sailing, golf, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, biking, fishing or a relaxing day at the spa, today, the sky is your limit! This evening you personal dinner reservations will be waiting for you at one of the area’s most sought our restaurant.
  
  DAY FIFTEEN/EXTENSION DAY SEVEN - - FLIGHT HOME
  
  After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Auckland airport, where you will begin your journey home.

  Shop for a sheep skin rug souvenir, Consider a day on the water; canoeing, kayaking, surfing, boogie-boarding, sailing or fishing. The country side holds adventure for; bicycling, horseback riding, picnics and golf. Stay down under with an extension to The Cook Islands.
