Itinerary
Day 1Welcome to the Famous Napa Valley. Your personalized box lunch will be ready for you when it’s time to begin vineyard visits and wine tasting. Your vineyard selections are organized into a perfect day of tasting. We will have special tours and tastings set up at each location. Enjoy dinner at the world-famous “French Laundry.” Your personal dinner reservations will ensure the finest of all dining experiences. Day 2Start your day seeing the sunrise from above! Enjoy an aerial tour of the Napa Valley from your private hot air balloon. Coffee and pastries will be served as you are transferred to the balloon site. After you have taken in the spectacular sites from an eagle eye’s view, enjoy a gourmet, champagne breakfast. Your afternoon may include a wonderful variety of spa treatments, or you may simply relax by the pool. When you are ready, your dinner reservation will be waiting for this evening at “Terra.” Day 3It’s off to the vineyards again today! This is a day to learn and enhance your wine knowledge. A production and vineyard tour awaits you at one of Napa’s most prestigious wineries. Enjoy a deluxe cheese platter with other savory treats for lunch today. After lunch we have arranged a cooking class which we hand selected from our cooking school vendors to match your culinary interests. Tonight you will dine at the “Wine Spectators Greystone Restaurant,” on an actual campus of the “Culinary Institute of American,” in St. Helena (California). Day 4Enjoy the day on a wild and crazy shopping spree. Collect antiques or enjoy art in one of many famous galleries. Find a variety of specialty shops and over-the-edge boutiques. Don’t forget olive oil and chocolate tastings, a treat you will not forget. Wine tasting is still on the list today, because there are wonderful tasting rooms nestled among the many stores in and around town. Because shopping has been know to stimulate the appetite, you will fall in love with dinner tonight aboard Napa Valley’s famous “Wine Train,” for a sunset dinner. Day 5Pack your bags and begin your adventure enjoying the many wine appellations of Sonoma. After you’ve checked into the deluxe accommodations of your choice, we will help you select your wine itinerary for today which will include a gourmet box lunch. Dinner tonight will be at the Fabulous “Girl and the Fig” restaurant in Glen Ellen. | Day 6Breathtaking views and wineries are show stoppers along the Russian River Appellation. Enjoy a wine production and vineyard tour that includes a superb lunch at a very famous winery. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon, visiting the wineries we have selected for you. Dinner reservations are waiting for you this evening at “John Ash and Company.” Day 7Slip into comfortable shoes for a day of “Sipping and Shopping.” Explore the charming town of Healdsburg. You will find 12 different wineries, all available to you by foot. Enjoy the many specialty shops, galleries, boutiques and charming restaurants to consider for lunch. Day 8Don’t forget the Alexander Valley. You will begin with a special tasting, vine-yard and cave tour, followed by a gourmet lunch. This afternoon you will taste your way through Alexander Valley’s most prestigious wineries in a horse driven carriage. Conclude this day with a winemaker’s dinner by a well-known wine country chef. Experience a five-course wine paired meal. Be sure to save room for dessert because “Chef Jeff” creates the unforgettable. Day 9The morning is yours! You choose the activity. We will include lunch for you as you prepare for your journey home. |
